Colt and Festiva DW - Top 5 National Spanish Jr. Mare.
Cria Caballar (PRE) Approved mare
Proven to carry for black/bay, solid 15.2 hands tall with thick
tail to the ground and lots of mane.
Fiesta is my last broodmare, held back as my
personal mount for the past several years.
I have owned her since she was 4 months old, and it has been a
tough decision to let her go.
She has a fantastic calm temperament and has done the Old Spanish
Days parade in Santa
Barbara as well as several smaller parades. She was shown at halter
and was named Champion mare
at only 4 years old over more mature mares. She has a gorgeous
floating trot with motor-in-the-rear
power. I have used her extensively on trails and overnight rides.
Goes through water, over obstacles, rides alone or with a group,
has worked cows, all around wonderful horse. Has produced two
champions plus an incredible
black/bay filly by Impresario DW who will be shown next year plus
the colt listed below. Sells open
for breeding in 2008 as I wanted to give her a break from breeding
She is registered with the Cria as well as IALHA.

Pure Spanish Colt, foaled 2007: SOLD
Sire: AVATAR, black PRE stallion by Axis/Ingrato IX and
out of Espanola 1988
Dam: FIESTA D, PRE mare by Granadino XI and out of Quiromancia
Bred by: Dragonwood Farm
This beautiful boy was born dark chestnut with blonde legs and flaxen tail. Sired by a black stallion and out of a mare who produces black bay, I thought he might be a true chestnut, but has begun to grey out and he is now a dark red roan. This is a very nice colt with excellent conformation, very athletic with balanced movement and good attitude. Photos taken on colt's 4 month birthday.

IX x Espanola 1988)--->![]()
